About This Wine:
Deep cherry red with jet hues and violet edge. A complex and initially hermetic bouquet. After some time in the glass, the wine proves to be tremendously mineral, ripe with many smoky hints (raw bacon), black olive, Cornicabra oil, spicy and aromatic herbs (thyme). Just one way of describing the palate: HUGE. This is a dense, fine yet full bodied wine, structured, fresh and, once again, with a very mineral finish. A long life and should be allowed to oxygenate.
