You have read and understood the information contained on our Shipping Policy page. By placing an order, you agree that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are not otherwise legally prohibited from purchasing alcoholic beverages. If you are the recipient of an order, you certify that it is legal to ship alcohol into your state and county. If you are not the recipient, you certify that the intended recipient is at least 21 years of age and that it is lawful to ship alcohol into the recipient’s state and county.
By completing the order information and providing your credit card information to us, you authorize us to process the order including shipping, handling and applicable taxes and to charge your credit card with the appropriate amount. Your credit card information will not be used for any purpose other than processing your order.
We ship wines from our warehouse approximately two weeks after your credit card payment clears, unless you have asked us to ship after a later date. Shipping dates for wines being transported internationally may be extended due to lengthy ocean transit times, unsuitable weather conditions, customs clearance and a minimum two-week rest period for the wines.
